We wanted to take a moment to let you know that we are closely following the developments of COVID-19 (Corona virus) from the CDC and all appropriate government agencies. Our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients and staff.
At this time we are planning to remain open to see patients in our office as well as maintain our surgery schedule. Rest assured that no staff member has traveled internationally, exhibited any signs of illness, or has knowledge of exposure to anyone with COVID-19. Furthermore, any staff member developing a sore throat, cough or fever has been directed not to come to work until screened. We ask you for the same considerations in helping to keep our office and staff healthy.
In addition, we are practicing heightened measures of increased sanitization throughout the day. Patient rooms are being disinfected between each visitor; as well we have increased the frequency of disinfecting door knobs, bathrooms, and common areas.
We have increased hand sanitizer placement in public areas for the use of staff and visitors.
By nature of our schedule we do not typically have multiple patients in our waiting room at one time, but we will increase the frequency of rooming patients to aide in social distancing.
