I had a neck and lower (mini) facelift performed by Dr Gayner 6 weeks ago. I am so pleased with my results…. I look at least 10 years younger and am receiving so much positive reinforcement from so many people! His staff (esp. Samantha) are beyond efficient and professional, and he is truly a gifted surgeon. My results are so natural…. Such a positive experience all the way around!
Dr. Gayner has a phenomenal injection technique for neurotoxins and dermal fillers, and I barely felt a thing. 0/10 pain. I also had submental liposuction with Dr. Gayner; I experienced instant results and better results each day as the swelling goes down. Samantha (Dr. Gayner’s nurse) is a gem and always makes me feel welcome and beautiful when I come to the office for an appointment. Prices are comparable to other injectors in the local area and actually costs are on the lower end for National average of injections procedures. Would highly recommend this office for any aesthetic work. Results are worth the price, time and healing.
Dr. Gayner is a phenomenal surgeon. My rhinoplasty was even better than I hoped, and the entire process from surgery through healing went very well. I am very pleased with the results.
I had lower eye lid surgery and I'm very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gayner and I plan to get my upper eyelids done at some point as well.
Dr Gayner is amazing at botox and Daxxify injections. Listens to your concerns and trouble areas and is very skilled with the injections. Highly recommended!

Dr Gaynor performed my surgery in May and i could not be happier with the results! His recommendations and expertise were exactly what i needed to achieve my goal. He understood what i wanted, knew the best way to get it, and brought his excellent skills to the OR to help me get rid of problem areas. I had an idea of what i thought i needed, so when he started to explain a different way than the one i had envisioned- I was a bit nervous. Its difficult to trust someone with your face, you know? But, he clearly and patiently explained why his recommendations were best and I’m SO GLAD i decided to trust him. I am so happy with my results as they were even better than I expected! I had a bit more pain than expected on the day of surgery, (I believe that i had a reaction to the numbing agent- nothing we could have known would happen). But, you get Dr Gaynor’s number to call if you have any problems post op — and he answers! The office and surgery center staff are also amazing! They were all very welcoming, personable and kind. They make you feel comfortable and safe. I never had an interaction with any staff member that didn’t leave me smiling! Great job all around!
