Joy found me!! Words cannot express the impact Dr. Gaynor's expert craftsmanship has had on my life! I feared surgery for so long. One due to the feeling of guilt that it was a selfish act. Two due to the fear of the pain I would incur afterwards. It turns out, I had neither. The other issue that I was taken back by was the fact that other people (close friends and family) didn't really notice a difference. Dr. Gaynor's staff said that my nose did not define me to my loved ones. But it did define who I was to myself. I did not like what I saw when I looked in the mirror and assumed others saw me the way I did. For 30 years I put my children, husband and career (Registered Nurse) before my own needs and wants. Although, I have 3 wonderful children, loving and devoted husband and successful career, my own self-image held me back from so many of life's possibilities. I read numerous self-development books, all very good in their own respect. I began to have some small noticeable improvements in my confidence and self-worth but finally mustering up the courage to a consult with Dr. Gaynor catapulted my life to another level. I don't see a repulsive image in the mirror anymore, neither do I believe others are repulsed by me. The negative thoughts and assumptions on how others perceive me are gone and forgotten. I have confidence now that enabled me to change my career path for the better and how I relate to others on a daily basis. Thank you Dr. Gaynor and your wonderful team for enabling me to shed my old self-loathing image and allow true joy into my life!!

Dr. Gayner did an amazing job with my neck lift surgery. The procedure went smoothly and the recovery was easier than I expected. The results are very natural looking. My neck is much firmer and my “jowls” have disappeared! Dr. Gayner and his staff were very professional and attentive throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Dr Gayner always knows how to make me look like a million bucks. He doesn’t know it, but I like to refer to him as my Michelangelo. Recently I had an upper blepharoplasty. Wow! I have high standards and expected favorable results, but I must tell you that the outcome far exceeded my expectations. The results were awesome. Dr. Gayner is very talented. Dr. Gaynor does fantastic work. He is a patient and kind professional. I had an in-office blepharoplasty (upper eyelids) surgery in January, and I am thrilled with the results!
I think I’ve been going to him for at least 10 years. I never have any complaints every time I come into the office. I always feel so welcome and everybody smiling and I’m treated like a Hollywood star. I couldn’t ask for a better place to go to and I’m just not making this up. I have my trust in doctor. Gayner never had any mistakes no problems nothing.

After years of dealing with a minor scar under my lip, I decided to visit Dr. Gayner to have it corrected. He and his staff were welcoming, friendly, and informed me of exactly what would be needed to address my situation. I also decided to address an additional problem area on my face while I was in for the scar repair. Each visit I had they made me feel comfortable and confident that they knew what they were doing. I am very happy with the results, would recommend them to everyone and will continue to use them.
