Jody
Our Surgical Scheduling Nurse, Jody, is a Registered Nurse with a true love of interacting with people. She has a bachelor's degree in Medical Records from York College of Pennsylvania and earned her Nursing Degree from HACC. Jody's knowledge of medicine and respect for privacy makes her uniquely qualified to help our Harrisburg cosmetic surgery patients enjoy their experience with us. She is responsible for helping patients choose the most appropriate surgical date and acting as the liaison between patients and the surgeons. She will guide you through all aspects of your surgery, including insurance coverage. She also excels as our patient billing specialist.
Lisa
A Registered Nurse and Certified Plastic Surgical Nurse, Lisa has been in practice with Dr. Stratis since 1991. Lisa is in the office to provide nursing care, give reassurance, teach pre and post operative care and make your personal experience the best it can be while you are a patient at Stratis Gayner Plastic Surgery. She has many years of experience in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures such as breast augmentation in Harrisburg. She personally performs procedures such as sclerotherapy, various laser procedures, vein treatments and laser tattoo removal.
Nicole
Nicole first met Dr Stratis in 2001 as a patient. In 2008 she joined the Stratis Gayner family at the front desk. She was promoted to Patient Care Coordinator shortly thereafter. She graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a B.A. degree. Her role is to make your decision making process easier as you consider your surgical needs. She knows it takes courage to pick up the telephone or send that first e-mail. Most likely she will be the first person to speak with you when you inquire about plastic surgery. She finds it particularly satisfying to guide patients through the process and later see how thrilled they are with their results. Ask Nicole all the questions you want! As Nicole says, "there are no silly questions."
Rachel
After attending Temple University, Rachel now works alongside both doctors and their nurses to assist with consultations, examinations and minor office procedures. She prepares patients and their families for their upcoming surgery at pre-operative appointments and addresses any specific health concerns or needs the patient may have. In addition to pre-operative assistance, she cares for patients after surgery at their post-op appointment.
Dana
Dana joined Stratis Gayner Plastic Surgery in 2010 after working for twelve years in the cosmetic dental field. She enjoys introducing new patients to our practice. Hers is one of the cheerful voices you'll hear when you call to schedule your appointment. Reliable and kind, her goal is to help each patient feel as comfortable as possible when they walk through the door, and she always succeeds with her warm smile & welcoming personality. She coordinates the front desk of the practice, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records and collecting payments and co pays.
Di
Di, our Medical Esthetician, has been active in the aesthetic industry for over 27 years. Born and raised in this area, at only 19 years old, she started doing some fashion modeling and became interested in the make-up world. She is a Professional Make-Up Artist and Licensed Permanent Make-Up Artist. Her artistic abilities, coupled with her warm and caring personality, are a winning combination! Di consistently excels in every facet of patient care and is committed to improving the overall health and appearance of her patients' skin.
