- Irvine, California- Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Scott Gayner was the only physician in central Pennsylvania to be selected by Allergan, the company that manufactures BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® and Latisse®, to attend Allergan's Medical Facial Aesthetics Speaker Training conference. This conference allows Dr. Gayner to be the first and only physician in central Pennsylvania to give lectures and demonstrations for other physicians on the use of BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® and LATISSE®.
