Unpleased with the hood of skin hanging down from his upper eye area, this gentleman in his late 50's sought Dr. Gayner for upper blepharoplasty. The primary goal of this procedure is tho remove excess skin,fat and/or orbicularis muscle to impriove appearance. Most commonly performed under local anesthesia with oral sedation in an office operating room, blepharoplasty is a relatively simple procedure.
