The finishing touch on your appearance might come down to eliminating a few isolated areas of fat. Whether on the chin, neck, tummy, hips, or thighs, laser liposuction helps patients from Harrisburg and Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and other nearby cities refine their facial and body contours.

At Stratis Gayner Plastic Surgery, we are pleased to offer AccuSculpt™ laser liposuction. This technology uses a specialized wavelength of laser energy to liquefy unwanted fat, which can then be removed through a cannula or gradually absorbed by the body's natural processes. Gentler and more precise than traditional liposuction, this pulsed laser provides smooth results while minimizing the effect on surrounding tissues. You may also want to ask Dr. Stratis about SculpSure®, a completely noninvasive laser fat reduction procedure that requires no downtime.
Our face-focused surgeon Dr. Scott Gayner and our body-focused surgeon Dr. John Stratis are among the few liposuction surgeons in Central Pennsylvania to offer AccuSculpt.
Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. John Stratis specializes in breast and body procedures and is one of the nation's leaders in modern body contouring methods.READ MORE
Depending on the size of the areas being treated, laser liposuction can require only simple injections of local anesthesia or more substantial saturation with tumescent fluid. A thin wand is then inserted into the areas through tiny incisions to treat and remove the fat cells.
A significant benefit of laser liposuction is that it only requires about 2 to 3 days of downtime. You can have it performed on a Friday, and by Monday morning you'll be ready to return to your normal routine with firmer, more sculpted contours. Laser liposuction is often combined with other body procedures in Pennsylvania such as breast augmentation in Harrisburg.
